Will there be shows? – Undoubtedly yes – but it may be when?
I have already booked in anticipation – my first show at the end of April / beginning of May. (This has now been cancelled by RHS Wisley……………. Next one happening in 2022) With Craft in Focus – Spring RHS Wisley…… I will keep you informed to the latest and information about public events.
The first few months are going to a challenge for us all…….. However I am up for the challenge…… Nature seems to carry on!
With new life, there are new opportunities, wherever a new design, a new project (for my own surroundings?). Maybe you have an idea you wish to take further? Just contact me …….!
Having made a few new pieces towards the latter months of 2020 – some of these were shown at Hever Castle last September.
I managed to have some of these pieces photographed recently by Kate Lloyd Photography – including the main image to this post. These are bud vases in two main sizes – just ready for those Spring blooms that nature produces……
I will upload some of these new products in the coming weeks – just for you! (A pair of curved lattice tables, two different designs of hanging shelves and the bud vases with acrylic inserts to enable water to be used) I also produced a number of coloured pieces, these were made for my Autumn shows that never took place.
Pleased to say that some of these coloured pieces and turned natural bowls found new homes before Christmas (Many thanks for your online purchases, as well as clients allowing me to bring a selection pieces to them for home visits – it is lovely for my work to find appreciative patrons so promptly!)
The latest:
I am welcoming online purchases or enquiries, appointment visits to my workshop to collect purchases, but I am also willing to deliver a selection of pieces to choose from my ready made Product range – locally (free within 5 mile radius! of my workshop / Petersfield).
In 2021 – with the gradual opening up – with the majority of the population vaccinated against Covid – 19 (I hope!) – a few shows will be able to take place. To be revealed by end of April………!
Once the current tiers finish…………………….
I am also hoping to show a few more of my “locally sourced timber” products at Petersfield Museum shop – once its major redevelopment is finished – towards end of May 2021. I will also have a similar arrangement at Haslemere Museum .
A wide range of my work is also available at The Surrey Guild Gallery in Milford (six miles south of Guildford – just off the A3)
