Meat Boards

The largest of the boards – These boards will have come from an Oak tree approaching 900mm in diameter. Quarter Sawn with a sloping drip grooves and corner drip for pouring away the excess juices.

Another feature of these boards is the wooden spikes made from slow grown dense timbers (apple, boxwood, damson, holly, laburnum, lilac, plum and pear amongst others) this enables you to keep you knives sharp when cutting down on the board. Scoop Handles – Easy to pick up and put a saucer or plate underneath to slide food across without spilling it, on surface between The boards come with care instructions – they are easy to maintain and will give a lifetime of use.
